This is a pretty big episode and the only time a pig was slaughtered on Survivor, that alone should make it a favorite but honestly I can’t stand animal cruelty and even though it has only happened once, I rather wish it never had. It is a good episode with more interesting build up but I’m team Kimmi on this one.

Survivor: 2×03 Trust No One
A pretty good episode that provided a lot of build up for later storylines, especially the segment for Mike’s psychotic behavior. It also showed building relationships between Elisabeth and Roger, and Colby and Jerri.
Survivor: 2×02 Suspicion
Superior to the first episode, there was actually a lot of drama for such a seemingly dull cast. The Beef Jerky incident is still one of the most memorable to date, and young athletic Kel was a pretty surprising second boot.
Survivor: 2×01 Stranded
Bit of a boring premiere, nothing all too interesting happened in it and the majority of the cast was very boring. The one that outshone all the others was also the first boot, this is never good. All she wanted was to build a shelter out of rawks!
Angel: 1×08 I Will Remember You
I remember the time when this was the most popular and iconic episode of Angel, but as time passed the Bangle relationship became less prominent and the Bangle fans moved on to Spuffy which caused a massive decline of popularity. I hardly see Angel fans cream over this episodes anymore. Personally, I too went through a love/hate phase as it was once my favorite Angel episode (!!!) then by Season 4 it wasn’t even in my top 30 anymore. But looking back now I absolutely appreciate what it did, and as annoying as I find Buffy to be the episode delivered great romance and drama. It is also why I prefer Angel to Buffy, I just can’t see her giving up something so selflessly and manage to live with the burden of a great memory that could never be.

Angel: 1×07 The Bachelor Party
This episode suffers from lazy writing. The first 20 minutes were on their way to be my favorite episode up to that point. There seemed to be character development for both Cordy and Doyle. It was cute, funny and pretty exciting. But then then Bachelor Party thing happened and the episode took a turn for the worse. For a character as great as Doyle, I cannot comprehend why of all the episodes they could have given him they did THIS.
An interesting episode with an interesting twist, about an old man who could help people by giving them small things that they needed. One man took abuse of him and to get things to improve his own life. It’s a well done episode but not one that stands out above others.
This is one of those episodes that is a bit of a slow burner but the great performances in it are what make it so great. The story is about three men who came back from space, but one by one begin to disappear without a trace without anyone being able to recollect them. It’s a fascinating tale of the possibility of things going right when they shouldn’t have. It reminds me of a classic version of Final Destination.
